Furthermore, Columbia Capital does not require multifamily properties to be owner-occupied. We focus solely on the equity in the property. As long as the prospective borrower makes a suitable down payment, or has a fair share of equity in the building, Columbia Capital is always ready for business.

Garages, auto shops, and warehouses are among the most neglected small businesses in the tri-state area. Few banks are willing to undertake the potential environmental burdens associated with these properties, and many private lenders shun the risks associated with such buildings.
